Polished Meets Primitive Styled Reception

In this area, many brides love to get married outdoors. Nature really is a wonderful backdrop that’s hard to beat! At Elmwood Gardens, the natural scenery is lovely and abundant, and we had a great time working with different vendors there to create a mock reception for a bridal show they hosted a couple of summers ago! We loved arranging our mismatched chairs and barnwood benches around their farmhouse style tables, and topping it with some gold and shiny pretties we’d recently added to our inventory – we were so excited to debut them! La Tee Da Flowers did an exquisite job on the arrangements for our Fitzgerald Candelabras.

Our mismatched collections of china and stemware are favorites with many of our brides! We think it adds a personal touch to the table. Several clients have told us after the wedding how the different china patterns were great conversation starters for their guests! Most will recognize a pattern or two that will recall sweet memories.

It’s no secret that we’re big fans of lounge areas! Even a smaller setup like this one is a thoughtful touch for your guests. Some of our clients have reserved them specifically for the bride and groom so they can rest and guests can come by to congratulate them, and we think that’s a great idea!

Always a pleasure to work with these skilled vendors:
